i was charmed by how close train stations were , i found it easy to explore. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions. having a washing machine in the room was a pleasant surprise, so convenient.
i did notice that our room wasn't cleaned thoroughly, as there was some dust behind the bed.

the room was spacious compared to other japanese hotels , i was really surprised. heated toilet seat, comfortable beds , and a large room were available. i had enough space to store my luggage both before and after my stay.

the location is excellent , so close to a subway station. it gave me easy access to cultural attractions and shopping centers. i found two metro stations nearby.

i sampled a range of lovely japanese dishes , a new selection daily. the person managing the breakfast area was kind and helpful. the breakfast had somewhat limited western options , but i was satisfied.

the staff provided free amenities like toothbrushes and hair ties , a nice touch. they allowed me to store my luggage before and after my stay. they offer many convenient freebies for you to take to your room.

The room had a combo washer and dryer unit. Detergent was also supplied which I found very handy. The location felt calmer despite being very near Kabukicho. The room was large and I felt comfortable.
The room service incurs an extra charge, and the pillows were not very comfortable for me.

I could borrow an iron from the front desk when needed. The breakfast had a diverse selection of Japanese and continental foods. The room featured a bathtub.. it was appreciated.

The staff answered all my questions in English very well. They also arranged luggage forwarding to my next accommodation seamlessly.
Paying extra was necessary for full room cleaning , yet they changed towels without charge.
